The property was beautiful, most of the staff very friendly, and the studio condo was beautiful and very clean! The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and another bigger blanket in the room would have been nice. Could certainly use a little updating in that regard.

We have been back to this property many times. We love it! It is very family friendly, has multiple pools, a putting green, and outside shuffle board court. Main issue is that units can vary. I suggest arriving early and checking the unit. Often we have had to request changes, which has never been a problem, but it based on availability.

This was our second visit to the Papakea. The pros are the room sizes, the grounds, in room washer/dryer, and the location. The cons are that there are no restaurants/bars on the property and no cleaning services included. We did have some issues in our room with bugs. They even ruined some of our food. But, we love the property and grounds
