Disappointing accommodation and personnel.
Room was dirty and bathroom door wasn’t closing . Phone wasn’t working, couldn’t call the front desk. TV wasn’t working had to be 2x. One if the key cards wasn’t working -wasn’t replaced even if requested. One of the front desk personnel was rude during fillip of reservation a week before arrival.

Carpets were dirty, Tv was .. 25.. inches in living room, .. one air conditioner.. No ceiling fan in bedroom to stay cool, My Package .. was for a one bedroom .. with sofa bed .. .. my unit .. did not have a Sofa bed .. Win the room where the air conditioner was in. Contacted Expededia for Assistance .. the Customer Service Representative Was not Helpful.. I found .. Another Resort .. because We decided to Extend Our Stay .. Expedia .. Assisted. With Flight Change .. but told Us We could not Fly out on 7/12023 .. So we stayed .. An additional day on Us We have been Our Own Travel & Problem Resolution.. on the The Ground In Hawaii.. !! We want A. Refund!!!

Upon checking in we were told housekeeping comes every 3 days. We stayed for two weeks and had housekeeping two times total. At about day 8 we asked and were given a rude answer by the front desk. Then we were given clean sheets to make our own bed, given towels while no one came to get the old towels. Literlly had to call or visit the front desk for more toilet paper. On multiple occasions (since there was no regular housekeeping) we had to set our trash in the hallway so it could get picked up(hours later).The parking garage is a nightmare of a hassle. On two separate occasions it took us over 15 mins just to enter the garage and about 5-6 more mins to find a spot. The garage is also extremely narrow and fighting the general public for spots. Overall the staff had a real "dont care attitude". The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were above average so that was nice. I would most likely choose to stay elsewhere when when returning to Oahu.

Nice location. Property is little old inside the room, otherwise it’s great for the money. Amenities are good. Walkable to beach. Many options for food close by. Nice for a family with kids as well. Don’t forget to get the key for the parking door as well else you will have to walk down all the way down using fire exit as it will be locked after 10.pm
