We’ve stayed at Playa grande before, so knew what to expect- but the kids like the pool, and the rooms are cool. Restaurant gave us food poisoning last year and front desk person was absolutely unfriendly this year. We just won’t come back, sorry.

Everything was great except the girl who hands out towels at the pool. Each time we brought our used towels back to her she did not want to give us our towel cards back. We were told there would be a change if we didn't have the towel cards when we checked out - so why did she try to keep the cards?

It was a very nice resort. The food at Calima was just so so and seafood night was very disappointing. Brigantine waa great but menu stayed the same my whole stay. It would be nice if there was a bar or something open after 9. Loved the Spa massage Martia and stretch and water aerobics with Louis. Overall good time
