Terrible Service/ hotel falling apart
•We tried to enjoy the beach after sunset and the staff came over to tell us to get up from the lounge chairs because they were already reserved for the next morning. It was only 8:30 pm.. and they had towels on the chairs and we thought they were for everyone to use. No sign. They were extremely rude about it. Other people were occupying the lounge chairs as well. •Our pool waiter was extremely rude one of the days that we decided to move sides to get a different waiter •we ordered suite service twice and both times I had to call back an hour later and they “didnt” have our order so we had to put it in again. •the concierge tried to charge us more than what the provider of the service was charging , I assume to keep the difference himself. Did not disclose any up charges from the hotel if any. •rooms are outdated, pool is falling apart, and no restaurant had good food at the hotel.

Fun Girls trip
Great stay. Just quick weekend girls trip. Hotel was great location near the dive shop we were using. Nice spot on the beach. Pool was great. Room was very clean. The AC was working overtime and never did get down below 22 deg but with the fan was able to keep cool. When checked in there were so many mosquitoes in the room. Had to keep bug spray on constantly to keep from being bit. For an all inclusive buffet style the food was good. I’d say above average from other all inclusive I’ve stayed at.

Access right to the beach but beware there are vendors right outside the rope to get to the beach that will try and sell you everything that you can think of over and over and over again. Most are pretty nice but there is some that are very sketchy.
