Great stay
Great Stay. We booked a two bedroom stay for 2 nights. We got a room with a view of the golf course which was very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful view!! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, even the pull out sofa.

Booked and overnight stay for our first anniversary. The villa we nice but it overlooked the pool which was under construction. Tried to book a couples massage when we checked in but there were no massage therapists available, so we tried to book a pedicure and were told that was not available either. Very disappointed as we booked this resort because of the spa services and view from the balcony in our room.

There was a lot of potential
Pros: Friendly staff Housekeeping does a great job Able to text front desk for towels Great pool area Restaurant options Cons Lack of communication between staff Concierge woke us up with marketing calls even though we asked them multiple times not to call before 11am they continued to try and get us into time share presentations. (Side note we were already told we weren’t qualified because our spouses weren’t there) Had lots of issues with rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times. Had to have several things services in our room. A broken drawer fell out and busted my foot. Took 3 days to get a manager to contact us about all the issues

Don’t stay here. Looks nothing like the Pictures!!
This hotels looks absolutely nothing like the photos. It’s very old, dated, nasty, and has a musty mildew like smell. The first room smelled wet and mildewish. There were bugs/ worms in the window. The second room was bad as well. There were small dead bugs on the ceiling. I’m guessing gnats. The room smelled bad. The room was dirty, smelled old. The microwave was nasty, didn’t have the glass that is supposed to spin your food around and was rusted. This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures they posted. This place is a catfish, it’s like going on a date with some one you met online and meeting the person in real life and they look nothing like the pictures. I will never stay here again. The grounds are nice, but the rooms are disgusting.
