Comfortable, Clean, and Excellent Customer Service
From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, our stay with Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim was wonderful! All of the staff were so kind and friendly. There was hot breakfast available every morning. Our room was spacious and very clean. Beds were so comfortable!! Pam was very gracious and accommodating and even left us a nice note and snacks in our room! We will definitely stay here again!

Possibly would stay here again, even though a few downers. Affordable for families who want suites. We walked to restaurants, parks and outlets from here (30 minutes in any direction), and Lyfted for cheap. Wish the hot tub was warmer, we would’ve loved to use. Kids used the pool one afternoon. Pool towels left out there on Saturday were there for over a day, walked by the same mess everyday. Breakfast was decent, choices included scrambled eggs, sausage, toasts, plus yogurt, canned fruit, etc. We were told that bacon and sausage alternated day to day, but that wasn’t the case, it was sausage links everyday. That became a running joke amongst the group. There is a grill outside, highly recommend one night of cooking in if possible, it looked brand new. The couches are so worn that I covered ours with a sheet to sit on. Our family on another floor had the same threadbare couch. The tvs have very few cable stations, remotes and tvs are outdated. Our own devices and data worked better. Time for upgrades in these departments. We started the dishwasher just to sanitize the few dishes we had used and it leaked all over the kitchen floor so we threw towels down and told the front desk. On the plus side again, friendly staff, good location, serves breakfast. The front desk gal who announced to each checkin that ‘you won’t be charged for your deposit unless you damage my hotel or eat me out of house and home’ (yes, to everyone), she needs to change that spiel. Just my opinion.
