It was okay expected the rooms to be more modern. We stayed in the family room with the twin beds. It was small and not very comfortable. One of the twin beds had stained sheets. Just expected better service. In wouldn’t stay here again!

There was a lot of noise from the adjacent room. While I don’t think it’s necessary to change sheets or towels every night I think the bed should be made, garbage emptied and coffee replenished.

Great family spot!
The staff at this hotel are phenomenal. Helpful and happy! We really enjoyed the pool/spa area, the comfy bed and the shuttle that takes you to Disney right out the front doors! My son LOVED the bunk beds. Really a wonderful place to stay overall. My only (small) complaints... there were no bean bag chairs in the room (like in the website pics) so watching tv was interesting with 3 people and no sofa. In a room meant for familes, we only had a shower...no tub. Which was new for my 4 year old, but we made it work. Breakfast was super yummy and the people were amazing, but it is an extra expense buying every meal on vacation. We ended up buying fruit and bagels for the room and just eating there most days. Really a nice place to take a family! We'll be back!!

AC unit didn't work. We stayed 5 nights, had to repeatedly ask for towels; No maid service. Restaurant was not open. No ice/water on our floor. Requested roll-away *for extra fee* and was told only housekeeping knew where it was, but we asked 2 days in a row during business hours. Staff were not super friendly or at all helpful. Parking lot is a decent walk and $30/night from the only entrance. If you're looking for a cheap, firm matress to crash on, this is the place.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Convenient to use shuttle to Disneyland. Was very pleased with this hotel. Restaurant wasn’t always open was only downside.
