Great place to stay , great services , very clean, small bedroom still very comfortable

Not only was the room very very small, the sheets and towels had stains, the carrier was dirty and the bathroom drains from time to time would stink the room with urine odor. We decided to cut the stay short and the hotel wouldn't refund the nights i didn't stay in.. the hotel spot is horrible with no good views..

No refrigerator in room. Shower difficult to control water stream. Breakfast on first morning incomplete—not proper dishes and utensils, no re-supply of scrambled eggs due to late arrival of kitchen worker or two. WiFi difficult to manage. Very nice location.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stay in Paris primarily due to its proximity to Gare de Lyon, which was a relatively short walk after arriving by train with a rolling bag in tow. I usually chose hotels close to train stations for ease of travel, but oftentimes that translates into increased street noise throughout the night. That was not a problem here. My room was modern, clean, comfortable, and typically Parisian (efficient) in size. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Paris is a city best enjoyed by walking, and I treated myself to a comfortable, scenic walk along the Seine, through the busy streets of the Marais, and into the lively Chatelet area. Notre Dame and the Quartier Latin are also within relatively easy reach. The hotel is located on a side street, so getting in and out via Uber was easy, and there was no drama on the way to DeGaulle airport in the morning. All things considered, I found no disappointments with this property, and I would stay here again without a second thought.

Everything was as expected and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. For the price and location, I am very pleased with my stay here. The positives: my room was clean with towels/bedsheets that felt fresh (and not overused like in some hotels). The bathroom appliances all worked fine and aren't too old. I liked that there was a good amount of complementary shower gel and the body lotion is a nice touch. The reception staff are very friendly and speak English well. My bed was comfortable and a good size, and I was also happy that the TV was a decent size to be able to watch in bed. The in-room air-conditioning was a life-saver during the hot days of August (one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place). The negative points I have are very minor and are not complaints, but aspects which have room for improvement. The shower curtain could be cleaner. I would have preferred a ceiling light as opposed to a wall light as it didnt light the whole room up equally. To state the obvious, yes the rooms here are quite small and don't leave a lot of room to move around, however I would much rather pay a reasonable price for a hotel with a decent sized bed and excellent service as opposed to paying over the top for a larger room which I would only spend the night time in.

Hotel was centrally located near Gare De Lyon and many cafes. Walkable to the metro as well. Hotel was clean and room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very good experience.

WE LOVE THE CONVINIENCE OF THESE HOTEL. WAS LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE TRAIN STATION, NO ONLY THAT BUT YOU CAN ALSO WALK TO THE DIFFERENT TOURIST ATRACTIONS. THE ONLY THING THAT WE DO NOT LIKE WAS THE SIZE OF THE ROOM EVERYTHING WAS MINUSCULE EXCEPT THE BED.

I have stayed here a few times, but this time was shocking. We found a piece of glass in the bed, and when we complained to the gentleman on reception, he simply bandaged my mother's finger (she cut it on the piece when getting into bed) and said there were no other rooms available. When I persisted, he then demanded to be shown our room where the glass was, he pulled back the covers and found yet another bigger piece of glass and reluctantly changed our room. Absolutely shocking.
