H10 Itaca, Barcelona

Hotel room was clean, one staff was very friendly and helpful, the others were okay but did not have recommendations for places to eat when asked. Air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room by 1 degree. Ending up spending more money on the breakfast then we would have (for the quality of food it was) as we didn’t know the price of the buffet until after. Location was about a 7-10 Euro taxi ride into city Center. Not a bad place for a short stay.

Amazing the hotel, people was very polite and vary friendly and always attended.

Great location, not far from train station. And walking distance to markets. Great reception service with glass of bubbly, great English skills, map of area penciled out for us to visit. Unfortunately no bus or taxi due to the protests at the time. Ordered taxi for us next morning, nothing seemed to be difficult when assisting us . Rooms were awesome and clean, quiet too

Great location, comfortable for the most part. Rooms were a little warm as AC was out a couple of nights.

Lovely hotel, nice location, clean tidy etc, but our friends had their bag stolen, and passport etc, from the foyer when they had checked in sat for a drink................... staff were a bit unhelpful to them, so thats was my only gripe, The hotel itself lovely, but quite a lot of noise from the street outside at night. But Barcelona is the city that never sleeps so I suppose it goes with the territory really. Rooms too hot,, but apart from that, all good.
