When the manager realized that I have a leg disability, he tried very assertively to get me to leave the hotel and move to another hotel and also brought a list of hotels that I can move to God. This is after the hotel was booked a long time in advance and I had already checked in. When I insisted on staying and receiving compensation since it is not mentioned anywhere that the hotel has limited accessibility, he upgraded the room to a suite.
The bed is very uncomfortable.
Bad sleep experience.
Problematic slow and inefficient service.
Espresso machine not working
Improper kettle, you can't make coffee or tea in the room, even though they tried to fix the problem, it happened again.
Broken night lamp.
The level of pampering in the room does not match a suite.
The view from the room is lovely. The location is excellent.
There is no benefit cost in relation to the price.
