    Great weekend stay

Very happy with my stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Lack of parking was the only negative when hotel is full

No tell Motel- Stay somewhere else.

Where to do start? I am not a fussy person and have travelled extensively for 35 years. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to give a bad review to a hotel. Here's what I observed: Dirt hanging from the ceiling in the room, hair all over the bathroom floor, large stain on the ottoman, thread worn recliner, springs shot on mattress, thick layer of dust on tv stand, the windows and elevator were filthy. They are clearly not following enhanced Covid cleaning protocols. At check in the staff were too busy visiting with co-workers to focus on serving us. On check out they handled my concerns over cleanliness and the additional charge for parking poorty. Up on checking in I was given a parking pass and told there were no other charges. Upon checking out I was charged $10 for parking which was not detailed on Hotel.com's website or by the front staff when I was checking in.

    Don't stay here

It's an old hotel, not well maintained (cieling tiles missing, broken dryer in the laundry room, elevator gets stuck). The breakfast came late and was cold (the muffin felt as though it had been frozen). Spend your night and money elsewhere

Probably wont be staying here again

To start, the hallway had ceiling tiles missing exposing wiring, ventilation not very appealing to they eye.The bathroom had a constantly dripping tub and a toilet that leaked out of the tank so it ran consistently and hard water stains on the fausit from it leaking, The bed linens are very mediocre along a mattress you can fell the springs in it. After a night in that you wake up to a sub-par breakfast that's cold by the time it makes it to your room, the iron leaked and made it very difficult to use, the bedside phone doesn't even call out to the front desk... the rooms in general are very outdated and poorly maintained

    I recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect for a short trip in the downtown core of Winnipeg. The stuff is very friendly and the room is clean. it is a little bit pity that no enough recycle bin for the can and bottle. The show leaks a little bit water. If consider the very dry condition in the prairie province now, it should be maintained.
