Not the best experience
Over the experience wasn’t bad but first warning is the breakfast situation. It is not served by the hotel like most but a restaurant that was par. No matter the amount of guest you only get 2 breakfast tickets per room (we had 4 guest 1 room, me, my husband and 2 children) which you have to pay $10 for at time of purchase on the app, pick up from the front desk and redeem at the restaurant. You only get one choice of food. When using the app it gave an option to get extra tickets to accommodate all 4 guest. After discovering this at the hotel and being told to contact hotels.com, hotels.com told me to take it up with the hotel.. the hotel did make it right and gave us 4 tickets. Then to discover the food was not great. The cleanliness was not to my standards, it could have been worse but it could have been better. Also at one point in the morning someone without knocking tried to open our door. While we were sleeping. It opened but we had the door lock on that kept it from opening all the way. It was quickly shut and we couldn’t find anyone in the hallway when we quickly investigated.
