I'm from Hawaii - so I called to see if there was an early check-in available. After being on a long plane ride, we wanted to get into our condo. However, I was told by person who answered that he doesn't know & we just have to check when we get to the property. Not helpful at all. We are placed in building #4. There was no wifi connection, so request to be in another building for wifi. Also, we were placed on the 1st floor - could hear everything above us. If that's the kind of thing which gets on your nerves, request the 3rd fl. The laundry facilities are up there which we used a couple times. It would've been helpful to have a change machine or a vending machine which sold laundry detergent in the laundry room. For these, we had to go to the front desk. Also, parking outside of the gate is limited. There is a restaurant on property which I thought was the reason many of the stalls were occupied, however, the stalls in front of the workout room (which is a separate building near the front desk) seemed to alway be taken. We noticed that property employees were parked there as we saw an employee go to his car parked there to retrieve something during his shift. One black car was always parked there. Workout room often had no towels - and very small. Condo was spacious, but there was no oven; only stove top, microwave, and full fridge. Also, nothing in walking distance. You will need a car to get places. Close to Orange Conv. Center - since we were there for vball.

Best Vacation Ever
The rooms are fully equipped, the staff is excellent and the hotel has everything included, convenience store, laundry, restaurant, gym, swimming pool and shuttle to parks, very comfortable for a large family and friends, just not very modern and not very clean and a bit old furniture

The hotel is a little older. It’s located almost walking distance to SeaWorld! The other residents were avid marajuana smokers so I had to kinda keep my young child inside. He didn’t really mind though. Also the seal around the front door needed replacing so there was very much a draft, but the weather was perfect and it wasn’t a problem.
