Very quiet location and walking distance to Cornings glass Museum. Well maintained property and staff are helpful. Nice pool and whirlpool. Rooms are modern and beds are very comfortable, also nice to have a separate kitchenette. I would rebook this hotel again

We had a one-bedroom suite. It was excellently appointed. Bed was a little soft. Amenities of the hotel are great, including excellent breakfast. Staff was terrific - everyone very friendly and helpful.

Room was fully paid for before arrival. I was told it wasn’t. It took 3 times to attempt check in before they verified it was paid for. When I got back home my card was charged over $300 deposit fee. I had to call several numbers and finally the hotel itself to get it reversed. I will probably not go back to that hotel.

Perfect location if visiting the Corning Museum.
Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night. The clean and spacious suite had all amenities needed for a longer stay. All staff was friendly and welcoming.

Room was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool by reservation only and seemed to be booked when ever we wanted to go. Breakfast bag offered on first morning only. All in all stay was pleasant

Rooms were huge however the beds were small in comparison. Ideally I would have preferred a smaller room and a larger bed.

Family Get Away
Wonderful family get away. Room was a perfect size for my family of 6. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Close to all we wanted to visit. Museum was fun. Clean.
