Very Good 8.0
Nice little place
Stayed seven nights. It's a smaller hotel in a great area, close to a lot of shopping and some of the many sightseeing locations. Room is small but nice, not a lot of space to store luggage or clothing but it was fine. Nice view on to the street but it got noisy at night. Also, if neighbours are loud you can hear them. WiFi was pretty good and washroom was quite spacious. Check in was easy and front desk staff was friendly. Best part was probably breakfast. Due to the small amount of total guests seating was never an issue nor was running out of food. Small pastries and cappuccino were the best part of the breakfast. Happy overall with my stay.

Fair 4.0
poor customer service
We were very unhappy with the service this hotel offered. After 5pm there is no employees there. We had a issue with our key and were unable to get into our room. We had to try several times to reach someone to come back to the hotel and get us a new key for our room. The whole process took over an hour. After talking to other guests we discovered that we were not the only people that had had difficulties with there keys. The room was fine but when you spend $200.00 a night on a room you expect someone at the property later than 5pm. They really need someone there from approx. 6am to 10pm to make sure there guest are properly taken care of. Would not recommend this hotel to any arriving after 5pm and if you do chose this place make sure your key works before leaving the property.

Wonderful, quaint, great service.
I can't say enough about the kind of service we received! I emailed them and told them it was my 43yr anniversary and I found a bottle of Prosecco in my room when we arrived! Thank you Elise!!! This was before and after a cruise and I did not have transportation to the ship/airport/back again. Elise asked me to email the exact times and dates and she secured a large taxi to pick us up from the airport, cheaper than the going rate! We also had 3 suitcases for a long cruise, and they came and carried them up the stairs to our rooms! Breakfast was wonderful, every thing you could possibly need! She even let my husband play the piano! Fur Elise! On the last day even though no one was around at 6:00am she had secured another taxi to pick us up and come and get our now 4 suitcases from the third floor room and bring the down for us. You don't get this kind of service many places! I want to return to Rome someday and I will stay here!!! Thank you Elise for a wonderful stay!!!
