All the Comforts of Home.
Wonderful stay at Residenza Frattina. The rooms were very clean and up to date with modern bathroom fixtures and glass shower. They were a little on the smallish side but very comfortable. A very nice breakfast was served each morning including hot items such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The fresh baked croissants were my favourite. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Spanish Steps and easy walking distance to the Pantheon and Coliseum. Lots of shopping at your doorstep too. All around class operation.

Nice little place
Stayed seven nights. It's a smaller hotel in a great area, close to a lot of shopping and some of the many sightseeing locations. Room is small but nice, not a lot of space to store luggage or clothing but it was fine. Nice view on to the street but it got noisy at night. Also, if neighbours are loud you can hear them. WiFi was pretty good and washroom was quite spacious. Check in was easy and front desk staff was friendly. Best part was probably breakfast. Due to the small amount of total guests seating was never an issue nor was running out of food. Small pastries and cappuccino were the best part of the breakfast. Happy overall with my stay.

So funny
Stayed for 2 nights. Superb location to Spagna Metro and accessible by airport to Rome Termini but prior to which a bus shuttle transfer is a must. Breakfast included in my price in an almost classy dining room. Service was so so. Had to call as it was the lower season. Counter staff are not available 24/7. Important to check and ensure your arrival time is when there is someone at the front desk or if not call. If not you can't get inside the hotel. Four flights of shallow steps so no big deal. Was disappointed as it was raining almost everyday and as we had visited Italy before we wanted to use the heat/thermostat grill to warm ourselves and dry some icky clothes. Renato who opened the door for us said it was spoilt. So the next day I checked with front desk Elisha at 9.30am and she responded that it was UNLAWFUL, ILLEGAL to use. That didn't make any sense during the colder and rainy season. Guess what! It's not unlawful its just spoilt. I just wish people would not treat customers like dunces. How did I know? Cause I checked in the later part of my stay at the hotel down the street at Grand Master Suites and the front desk Mary and I had a good laugh over it.
