Shuttle wait was 1 hour instead of 10 minutes
Cleanliness ok, included breakfast ok, check-in ok. What was absolutely not ok was after having to book a hotel in the middle of the night due to a delayed flight, and picking this hotel because it's only a mile from the airport and has shuttle service, and after calling the hotel being told the shuttle will pick me up in 10 minutes, THEN WAITING for an hour from 2-3 am, during which I called for a second time after half an hour wait, being told "a few more minutes, and my 3 following call attempts were not answered. So this is very inconsiderate of the driver to let people wait an hour in the middle of the night. Dangerous, and you get even less sleep than what you are paying for. Breakfast is from 5-9, so if you want breakfast and get late into the airport, this hotel with shuttle is not the right one, because the shuttle guy takes his time to get you, not caring about cutting your sleep time even shorter tha it is already.

Very bad experience in chicking in, they give us a room was not clean yet from the previous costumer, and we had to wait for a 30 minutes to fix that mistake, then the other room was horrible and dirty too
