Decepcionante
O check in no hotel é realizado às 14:00 hs. Cheguei quase 16:00 horas, extremamente cansada, depois de duas conexões, de ter acordado de madrugada no meu Estado para poder viajar, e quando cheguei no hotel, o quarto não estava pronto. Perguntei ao atendente se a minha reserva não estava no sistema, se havia acontecido alguma coisa, ele me respondeu que estava sozinho no hotel cuidando da limpeza e do atendimento, por isso o atraso e me pediu desculpas. Poxa, é muita falta de respeito com o hóspede. O dono do hotel precisa então contratar funcionários. Eu fui fazer prova, só queria tomar banho, comer algo, descansar para fazer prova no domingo e precisei ficar ainda esperando mais um tempo para liberar o apto. A minha reserva não era reembolsável, sem falar que era mais de 16:00 horas e eu sem almoço, precisava ainda pedir algo. O jeito foi esperar, pra evitar mais estresse. Achei sabonete usado no banheiro, a limpeza foi feita muito rápida, e o pior, em época de pandemia. Depois, precisei de umas informações, desci na recepção varias vezes e ninguém para atender, daí que vi em um quadro com letras pequenas que o atendimento era somente por watssap. Não me informaram nem isso no momento do check in. Algumas informações que precisei foi buscando no google mesmo e perguntando o povo na rua. Acredito ser essencial essa comunicação direta entre hóspedes e o hotel. O positivo no hotel, não posso deixar de apontar, é que ele é bem decorado, os quartos são amplos, cama confortável.
