    Old and extremely dirty

    Hotel check-in was fine but that was it. Carpets weren't vacuumed and were stained badly, countertop in bathroom had coffee stains from previous guests so obviously they didn't get cleaned. Tub drain was really slow. Rooms were dusty. Just plain nasty. Never again.

    Dont let the amenities persuade you

    Booked room because of the indoor pool and the listing said the price includes breakfast.... as did the reader board outside. They are not serving breakfast and the pool was closed. Shower curtain was mildewed and the floor was dirty, there was trash under the bed and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. Desk staff was friendly but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

    Stay clear.

    Not good. There was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain and heavy mold in the bathroom ceiling. The whole place is pretty dirty, poorly maintained and run down.

    The room was not clean. There were stains on nearly every surface. The shower ceiling had a HUGE stain and appeared to contain mold. The lobby was closed, so we had to go through the outside (end of the building) doors to enter the hotel. The outside door was not locked and anyone could access the rooms. It felt insecure and was very inconvenient since it was raining. The parking lot was only lit at the front of the building, so limited parking and standing water caused a safety concern. I could easily hear others in their rooms. There was no breakfast offered in the lobby (due to COVID), yet after deciding not to stay, the second hotel offered a wide variety of breakfast foods that were individually packaged and tasty. I couldn't be given a refund (they'd already charged my card when it is usually done at check-out) because I booked through Orbitz. Still working on getting my money back.

    Hotel was not as pictured on Hotels.com website. Desk was broken in half and the top was standing against the wall. Property looked old and abandoned. Pool and hot tub closed due to Covid, either tho an employee told me it was open.

    Carpet under ac was wet and other parts of carpet stained. Halls smelled of smoke and bathroom was disgusting. If others hotels were available we'd choose different.

    Do NOT stay here! It is absolutely disgusting! People walk around the halls scoping out rooms. There are sketchy people outside of the building also. The front desk had to call the cops when I arrived due to something fishy going on. The hotel and rooms (including non smoking) smell like cigarettes. The smell was so strong, it was making me nauseous. There is no breakfast as advertised. We ended up leaving as soon as we entered our room. Beware!!!
