    Bad stay

    Our room had musty smell. Bed uncomfortable. No breakfast options. Most places during pandemic have to-go breakfast bags during covid. Nothing like that here.

    When arriving to the property you have to ring a bell then wait for service ( I think one person does everything like front desk and housekeeping) the hallways/Stairs were not clean they had debris through out. I was one of 3 cars on a holiday weekend however when I changed my reservation they made me upgrade to a suite because they said they did not have availability, which obviously was not the case. The bed in the suite was conclaves in with squeaky springs that you could feel through the mattress cover. Not a great night sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

    Dirty, poor service.

    Had to wait more than five minutes for someone to show up to the desk to check in. Stayed three nights, and was in-and-out often. The only other time we saw someone at the front desk was when we checked out. Entry and stairways were filthy with a multitude of bugs and debris. Bathroom was not cleaned in the three days of our stay, and toiletries were never refilled. Had to blast the tv to be able to hear it all over the AC unit that we had to run constantly or be swamped with heat and humidity.

    We learned a lesson from this place.

    TV was not working and this very important to us during the virus. Mgr new about it and only shared the problem after he had run our credit card. Mgr would not offer any accommodation. We felt like we got screwed. Hotel lobby reeked of curry odor!!

    This property is open 24 hours, so I was still able to check in and get some sleep even after getting to town at 3am after my long drive from Utah. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when I locked my room key in my room. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, so it was a comfortable place for my friend and I to hang out for the day. There is a gas station right on the corner near the hotel, an Applebee's close by, and a Walmart on the other side of the hotel. That made it easy for me to have everything I needed within walking distance.

    The staff will check you in or out but that’s about all you’ll get out of them. Pretty rude female during checkout. The hotel definitely needs a lot of maintenance the pool was closed and we weren’t told that before booking. The rails in the bathroom were falling off the walls. The cable and internet/phones went out the second day of the stay and the guy at the desk stated he couldn’t call the Gm because they weren’t allowed to bring cellphones to work (Blamed the wind) the covers on the ac and heat we’re hanging off of a few about to fall on the outside. The breakfast was good and fully stocked. The hotel was really clean. I’d stay again in a pinch. But hopefully the manager addresses the problems.
