Poor value
Was given a room too small to even negotiate getting my suitcase to the closet Old and tired looking, the soundproofing was poor Bad value for mkney

Close enough to Albert hall
Hotel was clean, staff friendly, location for where we wanted to go was ideal. Our room was small but sufficient.

Exceptional 10.0
Very nice hotel in an excellent location!
I would not have normally picked this hotel, but I was looking for a room on very short notice, and it's in a location in London I love, so I booked in. Service was excellent, from check-in to check-out, the room was nicely appointed, the bed comfortable, and the wi-fi surprisingly zippy! Staff were friendly and approachable. I'd gladly stay there again!

Poor 2.0
Not Happy....
I had a hospital appt at the Cromwell hospital. I had some invasive tests at 8am and needed to return at 5pm. Before I booked, I phoned the hotel and requested a room to sleep in for the day only. I asked that it would be quiet and not next to the road. This was assured by the hotel .When i checked in , I confirmed that I asked for a quiet room and not next to the road. She assured me it was not next to the road. I took the lift to the 3 rd floor and as soon as I entered you could hear cars beeping their was directly adjacent to the busy main road,!! I rung reception and was basically told "take it or leave it". I explained that I had just seen her at and asked for a quiet room not next to the main which she had no answer. Pathetic service. So I was stuck. I put the Do NOT Disturb sign on the outside of the door, but despite this, the maid opened the door on several occasions. I finally put a chair against the door to prevent her from entering. I did not manage to sleep more than 5 minutes due to the constant traffic noise. Upon leaving I was told" I did not look very happy", and when I explained the above to a different receptionist they said they would talk to the first receptionist. Some sort of apology would be the least I should have received..but I have not even got that. Thankfully, it was my free night with Hotels. (still cost around £ not exactly free).A disaster, as I was in constant pain due the operation and room made it doubly worse.

Value for Money
Good value for money hotel within a short distance of Gloucester Road tube station. Room a little dated and bathroom had several tiles that were cracked but overall clean and comfortable.
