Pleasantly Pleased
I loved staying at the Marquis. It was close to my conference and gave me all the perks of being at home. Yes as some reviewers have said it is a little older than the new sparkly hotels but I loved it. My only complaint was the couch was not as comfortable as I would have liked and I missed not having a footstool as I am short. I will definitely try them again next year if my budget can afford it.

Huge room with full kitchen
Great experience, huge apartment I was just bummed that I ordered 2 queen beds and with how large the place was, there was only one king bed and a sofa bed. With 4 adults only 2 were comfortable. But I booked on Hotels.com so that’s probably why my reservation got messed up with them.

Great Location..Lots Deferred Maintenance
The Location was Great..However everywhere you looked it was Tired!! We had a large corner room, large sliding doors opening to large terrace..chipping paint and worn out furniture..armoire doors were missing..sofa and chair were very uncomfortable. Bathroom was huge but once again 10 years past needing to be redone.
