The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, we’re drawn to stay here for a week in Paris for that reason. However, we’re very disappointed about the quality of service here, the check-in was painful, our room was not ready, room make-up wasn’t done, hot water was out, they put us in an accessible room without any shower door and forced us to check out at 12pm to check in again at 3pm. Worse yet, they proposed if we’re willing to pay $40/night to be moved to a different room that was ready if we didn’t want to wait?! The front desk team and especially the front desk manager were very unprofessional and extremely rude. There were a lot of problems with their operations, it’s such a disappointment that such a nice property is run by such an incapable team. The only good highlight was the friendliness of the receptionist at our checkout.

The Villa M makes all other hotels look less than. The hotel was beautiful. The room was great. The view from the roof was spectacular. This was a beautiful stay. Just to make things better the front desk lead by Samir could not have been better. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!!! Samir is what ever employee from every hotel from ever country should look to aspire to!!! Thank you Villa M
