Great for kids

We really enjoyed our stay. Walks to and from the room to food and pools weren't ideal as we had two little kids, but overall the experience was great. The kids pools and activities were great, and even though our son was too young to participate in most of the activities, he liked watching the bigger kids when they performed. Food was decent, beverage service was good, albeit small glasses. Staff was incredibly nice and accomodating.

Excellent all inclusive

Very impressed by this all inclusive. The service was fantastic, many thoughtful details throughout, food was great and great variety, very comfortable accommodations, great pools and the beach was very pretty, albeit a bit rocky. We would definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. The staff were always pleasant. Acknowledged us even if we were just walking by. The property is on the beach which was what I wanted for my birthday. Was great watching the sunrise. The gym! Apparently the equipments are new. Overall great experience. The food wasn’t great. We tried scheduling the airport transfer but that was difficult. Expedia sent an email after booking suggesting scheduling the transfer at least 5 days in advance. Sent several emails to the email provide only to receive an email 12:15am the morning of travel asking for the information. I’d already scheduled a car so I didn’t even both to stress about it.

Just stayed here for 7 days with our 1 year old and 4 year old. We had an amazing time. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a family suite which was big, clean and beautiful. The air conditioning worked fine although we didnt spend much time inside. The fridge was stocked with fresh water/ drinks every morning and the room was cleaned daily. We were able to see the beach/ ocean from our room and were a quick walk to the food truck and kids play areas/ pools. I was very impressed with how family friendly the resort is. It has a small splash pad for toddlers, a bigger splash pad connected to a pool, a pool with water slides and another pool for swimming. They also have park equipment with sand and a zipline. My kids loved it! They have a kids club with amazing staff who put on activities throughout the day and shows at night. I was honestly very impressed by the quality of the shows - very well thought our, great lighting and effects and the best part - your children are the stars! My daughter was a ballerina in one show and Moana in another and loved it. The buffet has lots of options and kid friendly foods as well as the snack truck. There are self serve drink machines for water, pop, juice, beer. We went to the tequila restaurant which had great food and had live music that we really enjoyed. Our favourite part was all the wildlife. We saw many coati, birds, capybara, iguanas and racoons. The beach was beautiful. We were so happy with our stay and cant wait to re

Went for a family vacation for a week. 3 families, enjoyed the pools and beach. Even the hotel was full, it was not feel crowded. Spacious. Liked our stay. The only frustration was the check in process which was 60mins wait after a long trip with kids.

Property was clean and beautiful! Staff were all great and we had an amazing time! Our only complaint was we paid for ocean view and it was more of a sliver of ocean peaking through the trees. There were definitely other rooms that would have had a much better view

Great property with easy access to amenities, pools, and the ocean. A good mix of busy and quiet space. Very convenient to share properties between Tulum and Coba. I would definitely go back and would be willing to try another Bahia Principe option elsewhwere.

We brought our family of 10 for 9 nights. I pre paid transportation through their website. When we landed in cancun we walked around for almost 2 hours looking for our driver. We called the resort but received no help. We ended up paying another $400 us dollars to get a shuttle to the resort. When we got there they tried to call thier transportation department and kept losing the connection with them. They gave us an email to put in a request for a refund but we have still never heard back from them. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept. The staff was friendly. The beach has the most beautiful sand with lots of lounging chiars. Unfortunately the red flags were up everyday we were there so we never got to use the kayaks, snorkle, or paddleboards. Apparently the flags are up most of the time so dont go there if you are hoping to use those things. The Coba beach has breakers in the water so the swimming area is calm and amazing so many fish to see. The pools were nice. We have 2, 1 year olds and they loved the splash park. Unfortunately they contracted impetigo after 6 days of being there. So the last 4 days we were there our babies had fever and a horible rash. I asked the front desk for some baking soda or oat meal to wash the little ones with. They told us their kitchens didnt have that stuff and told us which store to go to but the store didnt have it either. We heard other parents talking about their little ones having fever and rash.

For mobility difficulties it was too spread out for walking and still difficult with shuttles, Benches along walkways would be so helpful (more that 1) shuttles sometimes not convenient Main buffet very good but difficult to get into other restaurants eg. Don Pablo And Mexican restaurant still a buffet Check in too long Theatre too hot Room good but plug by bed wouldn’t keep electric plug for phone in. Difficulty charging
