Relaxing…
Had a very relaxing couple of days at Paradisus. Food was good and service was great. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and very attentive. Our room was cleaned twice a day which was nice. Location is awesome with beach that you can swim in. Unlike, most beaches in Cabo with black (no swim) flags this beach is swimmable and beautiful! It did have a red flag but, you can still swim and there’s lifeguards on duty.

We will definitely be coming back! The resort and the hotel was stunning. Everyday was like waking up in paradise! Our favourite bar tender was up at the ginger bar, he really takes the time to taste test to make sure he’s making the best drink for you. All the staff members were amazing, really working hard to make your experience the best as possible.

We didn't like much the food. The Cappella and Gabi restaurants were awful. We were served a fish tacos at Gabi and it was smelly, and they took 2hours to serve us. The carbonara at Cappella was just pasta, no sauce at all and their fish. We did not finish the food. We just went out.

I have been to the Cabo area many times and I decided to stay at the Paradisus for a more “luxury” property. I was very much disappointed. The service at the restaurants all nights except one was terrible. Would be seated and have to wait at least 30 minutes to get someone to acknowledge you or even fill your glass of water. All the menus are accessible by QR code which is fine if you can even get it to load on your phone. They may have one printed copy and if you do ask it’s a big inconvenience, so plan on carrying your phone the whole time. The food at the restaurants was good but required a reservation every night and there was limited selection. The rooms were ok had some typical wear and tear. The saving grace for this resort is the beach! It’s awesome that you can get food and drink service on the beach. The beach is swimmable and so much fun.
