Fantastic property and excellent service from the restaurants to the poolside staff. Everyone we met all week was friendly and good at their job. In several cases they went above and beyond to make things happen. Alfredo and Glendora in the breakfast restaurant were particularly helpful. We'll be back.

Really enjoyed our stay here - my husband and I felt very safe throughout our entire stay. Everything is very clean and sanitized, so we had no worries about getting sick. We especially loved the staff - everyone went above and beyond for you. A special shout out to Carlos and Alfonso at the pool and Yalvany, our amazing personal concierge. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite. Our only complaints were that the breakfast buffet seemed repetitive, would like some variation between the days. Mole was extremely understaffed. Would also like an option to view all menus for restaurants and spa, without having to be physically at the restaurants. Everything is now on QR codes which is a bit frustrating for people on vacation wanting to unplug, as this forces you to bring your phone everywhere.

Everyone was so nice and always helpful even with the language barriers sometimes. I loved this resort and all the amenities that came with it. Would definitely recommend especially if you like a relaxing vacation with a beautiful scenery and many spots for photo ops as well if you’re into that stuff! The service was always great and even the room service was good! Would love to come back in the future

We upgraded to The Reserve with our own concierge, lounge, pool and restaurant. Just lovely. The staff couldn't be nicer! Highly recommend the upgrade!! The private restaurant was delicious, as well as the Asian and Mexican. However, at the Italian restaurant the entrees were not that good, but the appetizers and desserts were great. The pool activities were hit or miss - some days there were none, again very disappointing, as you plan your day around them. Wish it was a little more lively. Loved the location and the walkable and swimable beach!
