The location for excellent and the view from our room was fantastic. The room itself was very nice and clean and comfortable to sleep in. Our only issue was confusion at check-in. We had a free upgrade for one night and upgraded our other nights to the same type of room. However, even after careful explanation of this the hotel charged the wrong credit card for parking even though I clearly asked them to remove that card from the reservation. It took a long phone call late at night to get it cleared up. Despite this mistake we had a wonderful stay.
