Comfortable stay, great location
Excellent stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the facility had a great gym as well as a lovely heated rooftop pool and 3 hot tubs! We didn't get to try them since we didn't bring our swim suits but looked like they were comfortable. Otherwise lovely breakfast in the morning and great walking distance to the tourist spots (and unexpectedly literally in the corner of Chinatown!)

Dirty bathroom, long black hair !
The hotel was comfortable, the lobby staff friendly, the breakfast, decent, and the roof top pool area was nice. The main beef I have is that when we arrived we had to ask for kleenex and glasses as they weren’t in the room. The bathroom floor and shower were never cleaned while we were there. There was a long black hair that didn’t belong to either of us that was stuck on the empty conditioner container. One of the days, we came back to our room at 5:30 pm to get ready for our 7 pm dinner reservation. Much to our surprise, the room hadn’t been made up and staff didn’t know immediately when or if cleaning staff would clean it. We couldn’t wait so we showered and used our old towels. They did come to clean the room eventually, but it was after 6:30 pm when we left to walk to the restaurant. The shower, th hair and the dirty bathroom floor and empty conditioner container with the long black hair remained.
