Room was clean and updated. Perfect location for walking to restaurants in the area. Only a few blocks away from Port if you are cruising out of San Juan. Great photo op next to the I ❤️ PR sign. Staff were more than helpful especially Madalina (hopefully I spelled that right, my apologies to her if not). She was wonderful with providing a map and a list of restaurant recommendations in the area. Definitely would stay here again to visit San Juan.

Hotel Rumbao was so beautiful and in the perfect location. It was very easy to navigate everywhere in Old San Juan from the hotel. The room was very clean and all of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Our window view was great! The pool was on the top floor and was a little crowded but we got a chance to enjoy it and the hot tub.
