I never received the promise drinks first room had no air was given a fan was told that all they could do since I paid hotel.com and when I called you guys the finally put me in a different room but was rude in doing so. Like the hotel and location but received some rude service

Disgusting Sink
It was not the best hotel and not the worst, but we arrived in the evening ordered Uber eats and went to bed. In the morning I noticed foreign objects in the bathroom sink I asked my husband about it and we both realized the sink was not clean before our arrival. It was really gross. It seemed if someone may have thrown up or rinsed out a food container in the sink. Wish I had thought to take photos.
