Tasha rocks

On check-in, Tasha was talking with a very inebriated guest. His luggage had been knocked over in a wait area where there was a camera. He said he did not think anything was missing but wanted to see video coverage. Tasha and her manager could not accommidate him right then as he insisted. As he moved his bags to his room, he was dropping money and cords. Staff pointed it out to him but he was oblivious. Tasha's skill talking with him, staying calm, avoiding conflict was amazing. With my 30+ years as a mental health professional, I cannot recall a time I have observed anyone do a better job deescalating a possible conflict. As a single female traveler, I felt Tasha and Princess made a special effort to ensure I found my room location to feel safe.
