Meh stay
One of the things I was hoping for in the room was a bath tub. I live in a very rural area and only have access to a shower. To enter the room and not have that option was a disappointment. Furthermore, the shower leaked into the hallway after taking a shower. The furniture was very uncomfortable. There was no place to sit. The seat was small and stiff. There was a useless table, a cubyhole that served no real purpose and was awkward to use in it's placement as it was blocked between the bed and night stand. There was inadequate space in the bathroom to put toiletries. there were an abundance of lamps (some unnecessary). Also, the price did not include anything but the room. It was expensive and the only thing you got was coffee, but only between 6-10. No free snacks e.g. a cookie or chips. No continental breakfast. We paid $200 per night for a bed with a view (which was the highlight of the experience). Also, we couldn't plug in our own HDMI cable to the TV to watch our own movies or to view/share presentations on the screen (something we do when traveling). The gym was fine, but there was no pool, hot tub, or sauna - something that would have been nice since there was no tub in the room. Overall, it was meh. Staff were ok and the location convenient but there are other places that we will definitely try.
