Disappointed...

First, I requested an ocean view room and what I got was Pool view direct, if you look on the right side of the balcony you will see partially the ocean. Second, cleanliness, it wasn't really clean, when I removed my sandals and walked in the room, you can really feel the sand .. shower was really bad, it wasn't deep cleaning in long time. The hotel is update in lot of areas but really need a good supervision in general.
