Not what I expected
Firstly, Check in gave me a hard time from the moment I got there. I did not have the credit card that I made the reservation with. I figured they would have an issue with that, but then told me I could use my friend's card when she arrives she was coming in on a later flight. They said I can only have access to amenities. We went back and forth about it and Things had got so confusing at one point they say OK you can just check in the room even though it's early. Just wait until 2. So I go to the pool (which was super crowded by the way) have a drink or two, then come back around 230 and then there's a new person at the front desk. This person said no you cannot check in early despite what the last person told you. Just a lot of misinformation and confusion and I don't like that. During the stay, we didn't have a lot of face towels, so we Called for towels and bottled water. Which never came. No balcony no tub (I specifically requested a tub on balcony In my reservation) they did not care it was my birthday Wi FI is TERRIBLE & wont let me log in Didn't tell us transportation was here when we were getting picked up For our excursion. Asked for salt and pepper and after several Times of them Asking what is salt and pepper, they brought us toilet paper. Cannot open the window for fresh air. No type of instructions at check in Member harassment Took our blankets Refrigerator not cold at all Cut off wristbands at the end Hugo was the best server at the bar !

I was moved to another building on the otherside because my room wasnt ready. The other room was really far. I also was not able to use my free photo voucher because the lady that schedules it was never available. My room key did not work a few times i had to go to reception and get it fixed twice.
