Located in a quiet and panoramic residential complex, ROMANTIC ASCONA has an independent entrance: by crossing its gate and the entrance door, it will welcome you with a large living area, furnished with taste and imagination, making you feel at home. .
In the center of the living room, there is a sofa for 2 people in front of the TV, a corner designed for your relaxation after a day of sightseeing, beach or work.
Next to it, the dining area with a table for 4, and the fully equipped kitchen, which can be separated from the living room with a curtain. Here a small table with two stools is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while cooking!
The bedroom is spacious and bright, consisting of a double bed, a sofa that can become a single bed for the night and a wardrobe to store all your wardrobe.
The garden is a dream: surrounded by greenery, it has a pergola with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, from which to enjoy the wonderful landscape.
A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
