Our stay was lovely. We were a party of 3 amd our accommodations were spot on. Ohh upon arrival... there was this guy playing live music and his voice was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and very attentive. Thanks Hyatt

pleasantly surprised
we went for a concert and we live in phoenix just thought it would be nice to bar hop and not worry we didn't know it was Mexican independence day and festival was just outside the doors of hotel but inside hotel heard nothing it was not as bad as we thought it was going to be surprisingly also a cobs game and cirque solei show so much going on but we couldn't hear any noise staff was wonderful breakfast in morning was nice just wish they had bacon will stay here again

Ok downtown hotel but needs work
Central location. Room small and too much furniture. Parking expensive--$30 per day self park (a block away), $40 per day valet park. Front desk friendly but sometimes too busy--our room not made up the first day, called the desk twice at 5pm and 6pm. Room was made up when we got back but only 1 coffee packet. Next day got i regular and 2 decaf coffee packets. Not a world ending but disappointing, just careless on the part of staff.
