Facilities were great, hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant I would pass on next time. Our family of 4 seemed to be more of a hassle for the two staff. Incomplete meals and had went over 45 minutes without being visited by the staff. Had to stand at the bar to get the attention needed to pay my bill. Wasn’t even handed a pen to sign with. They just walked away. But with kids, the hotel was amazing otherwise!
Had all the amenities necessary for a traveler. The Spa was a nice attraction after a long day of travel.
Beautiful Hotel with huge rooms. Rooms are a bit warm as they have no A/C(pretty standard in Ireland). Good wifi. Resterarunt and Bar on site are good for lunch and dinner did not try the breakfast. Spa on site is awesome very friendly staff, great facilities and range of services.
Booked a room with a King size bed and got a Queen. Was expecting better for a Radisson Blu. We won’t go back there.
Reasonably nice hotel. The staff are great. The only complaint, no air conditioning in the room made for a tough sleep. Mattress is firm, pillows are firm. A softer pillow option would help. Overall a good experience. The room was a little warm for sleeping.
Very nice relaxing location, good food & drinks. Business class rooms had access to full suit press.
Great spot to do day trips from. Hotel was pleasant. Friendly staff.
Went to Quench and ordered dinner, didn’t get what we ordered and when we asked about the error we were told it was what we ordered. We returned later to Quench for a drink and waited 20 minutes and no one even came to serve us. The only water was available at the front desk and there were only 3 bottles available for the entire hotel.
The hotel is OK if you are coming back from Dingle and want to split the trip, but it is not particularly appealing as a weekend or holiday destination.
Great friendly service, good food, lovely hotel but, unfortunately, both nights badly interrupted. At 02:30 on 2nd night we were woken by noise from room immediately below that lasted over an hour.... waited to see if it would stop, then called Reception, then walked down to Reception, then eventually went and found the room. Met Staff Member who, fair play to them, managed to get it under control and did apologise for the disruption. I appreciate it is hard for Hotel Staff to manage how Guests behave. Was just disappointed it happened, as we were working very long days and needed the sleep as work was quite physical. Hopefully next visit will be better. Thanks.
