Small room with poor wifi, no fridge or microwave as there is hardly any space, old hotel with lot of history. Check in was slow, didnt know why she was having issues and had to ask someone else how to process while next guest came and got check in by different person while I was still waiting. Also, I was locked out 1 day and had to go down to get new key.

Poor 2.0
Wow. Every bad review listed is completely accurate. The water would run hot and cold sporadically. Everything was tiny. I am 5’2” and I felt cramped in the bathroom. My shoulders barely fit the width of bathroom. So much so that I couldn’t brush my teeth over the sink- had to stand at an angle. OMG. The walls are EXTREMELY thin- I could hear conversations from the room across the hall. Keep in mind parking there is no free parking. This hotel is super outdated and not worth the premium price that we paid.

Historic hotel, historic bathroom as well
I know this is a historic hotel however, the sink spigots are not easy to use for warm water, the worse was that the shower water temperature inconsistent and very hot at times, can hear noise from other rooms

Poor 2.0
Avoid this hotel
I do love old and funky hotels, which is why I booked this for my conference stay in Phoenix. However, there are certain minimum standards that a hotel should provide at this price, like a working TV, comfortable water temps in the shower, some sound protection between rooms. This place would be better used as transitional housing for the homeless folks living on the streets of Phoenix since there does not appear to be many affordable housing options here!

The bed was very springy & the shower would be either scalding hot or cold! Very very small rooms & thin walls! Other than that was great!!
