Super cute, clean place with friendly staff in a perfect location! Took us 20mins to walk to pike place and the space needle and MOPop was even closer. Great value.

Dirty & Needs a renovation
If it was not for the staff being so amazing I would give this place even a more harsh review, but because the front end supervisor Nikki and night guy Jian were both so amazing and friendly I will be nice. First let's start with Nikki, she was the one who checked us in and her smile makes you feel welcome right away, then Jian later that night lent me his own personal USB charging cord out of his carand suggested I keep it, but I did make sure to get it back to him. The room itself was less than impressive, it was supposed to be a Queen Bed, well I have a Queen at home and found this bed to be smaller. The decor, furniture and even paint doesn't look like it has been touched since the opening of the building when it was a convent. Really they could out some lipstick on a pig if they really wanted to just do something minor by giving a paint job or something. The carpet was filthy, I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat before the 1st use, the kitchen cabinets in the small kitchen never shut completely. The door to our room seemed to be missing the top inch on the left corner,.and finally the worst thing was there was no sound barrier, I could hear all the traffic and trucks idling in the parking lot under my room. If I paid more than the $70usd that I did for this room I'd be terribly disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for. Hey, at least the staff are awesome.

Clean and comfortable, but dated. Don't expect the Fairmont and you won't be disappointed. If you are going to an event at the Key Arena, this is the place to stay!

Great bang for your buck!
For the price and 2-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how equipped and clean it was.

Great Location- but dated property
Hotel is very old and dated, very noisy, bad/ low water pressure, very slow wifi, very thin doors ... you can hear everything in the hall and adjoining rooms, old carpet, old bathroom etc. Location is wonderful and one of the few good things about the property.

Fun times
It was nice to have a kitchen in the room but there were limited cooking utensils or supplies, either way, we made do. The shower made a noise at a certain temperature. Overall, it was very quaint and we enjoyed the room, its location, and the continental breakfasts. Front desk associates were very friendly and helpful.

Great budget accommodation
If you are looking for a budget hotel that is clean and in an excellent location, look to the Inn at Queen Anne. Be aware that the rooms are old, but very clean. The bed was very comfortable although I do think they could have better pillows. Do hate the flat foam type! The bathroom is not large but functionable and again very clean. The towels are excellent and there is lots of them. One nice feature is all rooms have a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave plus a glass cook top. The cupboards are well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, plus dishes and silverware. We stayed in February and the room was very comfortable heat wise in fact had to turn the heat down. The one drawback is if you are looking to park your car there are limited spaces! The hotel does, not have their own breakfast, but it is offered at their sister hotel a very short walk away. The breakfast there was excellent with waffles and a large selection of breads, muffins and fruit. The coffee and juices are great. All in All if you do not mind an older room and are looking for locations d a great price look no farther than the Inn at Queen Anne

Cozy and cute in Queen Anne
Lisa was awesome when we arrived. We had a great view of the space needle, were closer to the key area a then we thought. Staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We definitely come again. It’s not the four seasons but it was cozy and fun being an old building. LOVED IT.

A great stay for the price. I wasn't aware it was a heritage building until I got there. Very satisfying breakfast
