Fantastic location. Studio was great. Everything you need. We had a garden view room. The local market outside on Sunday was a bonus for our picnic under the Eiffel tower only a cpl of mins walk away. Coffee machine was a lovely touch and slippers in the room. We will stay again.

Unfortunately not so great.
Unfortunately my stay here was below par. The hotel room safe box did not work upon my arrival. I tried requesting from reception to get it fixed numerous times with fail so, I just stopped requesting. One towel and one side of the bed sheets were dirty. At this point I did not think ‘bothering’ reception would even fix that so I just used my own sheets and towels. For the price of these rooms, there are no included hotel amenities (example: breakfast, pool, rooftop, or anything interesting). So for that, the value for money is zero. Lastly, the view is mediocre. I paid for a room with Eiffel Tower view. I would suggest just pay extra and stay at a better hotel, with better service/amenities, and a better view. The only positive feedback I can give is the location of the hotel itself was great, very close to the main attractions and the metro to get anywhere. This hotel was the one I was most looking forward to on my trip as it was my birthday treat to myself, and it was just disappointing.

Lovely view from afar, moderate room.
First we did have a decent view of the Eiffel Tower from our room on the 4th floor. Our room was comfortable but not stellar. Train tracks were right outside our windows; sound was minimal but vibrations were more the issue. Also be prepared to check in first and then gain access to the parking lot if parking with this hotel. Parking near by for checking in was minimal when we arrived.

This is the kind of place that has one thing going for it. The views. Expect to be checked in late, an uncommunicative staff, mediocre rooms, and hair in your tub. Our balcony didn’t even have furniture as shown in the images. The bed faces a wall, not the window to Eiffel Tower. Would not stay here again. Ascott Hotels are now at the bottom of my list all together. I stay at about 30-40 hotels a year and this one was the only one I’ve ever written a bad review for. Don’t take this lightly. I’ve stayed at my share of budget hotels and those have been far more superior than this one. I promise you the view of the Eiffel Tower from your room is 100% not worth the price point. Go to a rooftop lunch/dinner nearby instead to get your view and pictures.

Air conditioning didn't work. The website said air conditioning available but when we asked they said compressor wasn't turned on yet. It was very hot in early June and we were out of luck which was disappointing. They did give us a fan which helped a bit. Laundry service was challenging to use as were appliances and there were no instructions. Internet was excellent. Great location near restaurants, grocery, bakery, subway and Eiffel Tower.
