Probably the best hotel ive stayed in
I often travel for work, so im no stranger to hotels, and more often than not they are places that are fine, nothing particularly good or bad about them, but then, every so often you find a hotel that stands out and the Aleph Hotel in Rome is one of those hotels in fact it is the best hotel ive stayed in. This is a fantastic hotel. The facilities are very good our room had both a spacious showe there is a swimming pool/spa in the hotel and a further outdoor swimming pool on the roof, which is only open in the warmer months. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor by a great team. There is both a buffett option, included on our stay, and there are several cooked options availble in addition. I was staying here with my 6 year old so the buffett was perfect for us. Every morning, after the first morning, we were met with our coffee and hot chocolate! The whole hotel is kept clean and tidy. If it ended there you would be happy. But there real beauty of this hotel are its staff. In all deparments they are welcoming and friendly and kind my son was genuinely upset to be leaving. There is a really nice vibe at this hotel. Which makes the stay so nice. We will definitely be back. Thanks Aleph.

The Aleph is a very nice property that is centrally located. There were some recent renovations occurring that I would have liked to have known about before we arrived. The staff is friendly and professional even if the recommendations were somewhat limited. Overall this is a very good hotel.

    Fantastic hotel
We had a lovely stay. It is a stylish, modern and clean hotel in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The best feature was the fantastic rooftop pool and bar, which was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

    Fair 4.0
    Horrible overall service
The room itself was well sized and in good condition, however service was poor throughout; from the check-in, to the concierge, to room cleaning service. Very disappointing for a supposed 5 star establishment. Check-in was extremely slow, the concierge was never present and unresponsive when asked to call back. Room cleaning service did not replace soap or shampoo when it ran out and chose to ignore the "do not disturb" sign on the door repeatedly; letting themselves in the room while we were sleeping repeatedly. I verified that the sign was up, they just chose to ignore it.

    Nice but not perfect
It was nice but the roof top pool was not heated (meaning ice cold). The breakfast was nice but too buzy. The servers were running around, keep forgetting things.

Special! Staff really went out of their way for us
The roof top pool and terrace is an oasis away from our hectic tourist schedule. As is the Spa. Breakfast has an outstanding selection which was a la crate and buffet. The staff also merit a mention as all we met were super helpful and kind to both mine and my six year old son’s needs !! Bed was luxurious and the house keeping twice daily! A lovely visit. Some nearby osterias worth trying. Only downside was the local Metro was closed whilst we stayed in Rome.
