It had a fantastic location, easy parking, access to entrance and elevators. The rooms and common areas were all very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out were very easy.

I liked the 2 bedroom condo suite we stayed in. It was spacious. The resort building A had a scent that was not pleasant as we entered the lobby. We were later advised it was the new paint. We had an issue with our keycards not working sometimes and had to get them programmed again. You need the keycard to enter the building and use the elevator. This property is listed at VIP+ however please be aware you will not be upgraded if you book the 2 bedroom suite as I was advised I had the largest suite and was not given any kind of upgrade or special treatment unlike other VIP+ hotels listed on expedia. They actually gave us a $10 voucher for the restaurant downstairs. We had 5 people in our room. It was disappointing comparing it to other VIP+ i have stayed at. The location is great. Close to shopping and all tourist attractions. If you get a deal consider staying and be careful about the presentation. We did not go because my sister is an owner but it can take up alot of you precious vacation time if you are not planning to become a timeshare owner.

We enjoyed the pool area and found the resort to be very clean. We were a little disappointed with the pull out couch. It was very loud.

The property was OK. The smaller suites are very small, opt for the larger suite. The facility is very family friendly so if you do not have children and are a couple looking for a place for quiet relaxation around the pool, this will not be what you are looking for. The cleaning service was fine for the most part but we had to remind to provide certain things, coffee and was disappointed that no cleaning service was provided on the last day of out stay (only took garbage). The location is convenient when using the iRide bus service.

The bathtub and vanity is located inside the master bedroom...it is carpeted...not good. The pool is in shade for most of the day and there are not enough lounge chairs for the number of rooms. The room was hard to maintain a steady temperature in. We had to park across the street one night. We asked for a late check out due to a late flight and were told they were all sold out...only to see the same room advertised on Expedia for that very night...not sold out.

All was great. Clean and close to Universal studios. Kitchenette very clean and helpful. The AC was very noise at night. No way to control the fan which would run at highest speed at all times. Hard to get a good night sleep.

Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We are Canadians and love our Sat night hockey. The bar staff always found the game on the TV.
