A good place to stay
A nice hotel with parking and close to the whistler shuttle line. The room is clean and spacious. The kitchen has most of what you need and a washer/dryer in the room is great for families. A concern I had was the lack of toiletries. We stayed for 5 nights and was only given 2 nights worth of toiletries. I had to flag down a house keeper during the day to get more. It's not a terrible problem, but since the Horstman doesn't have daily turndown service the guest will need to make sure there is enough for the night.

Amazing stay, great facility, kitchen stocked with all the dishwear we would need, lots of room towels provided. Shuttle to village stops right in front of the Hortsman and the ski in at the end of the day was so convenient.

Charged TWICE (duplicate chg by prop mgmt co.)
It woud get excellent EXCEPT THAT THEY CHARGED US AGAIN FOR THE SAME STAY THROUGH WHISTLER PREMIER AND WOULD NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT! Had to file a dispute with credit card. Won't stay at any property managed by Whistler Premier in the future. Otherwise, the Horstman House was a very nice place to stay. Onsite staff was great, but the admin/acctg office refused to give a full US$ conversion refund even though they admitted to the duplicate charge! Was going to make me wait the full 10 days, etc.

Nice large suite. Quiet area and not far from Village.Only not great thing was the very narrow parking spaces. A lot of people parked right on the line so you couldn't use the space beside them.

The property is properly classed at 3* so that was all we expected. Instructions sent about check in at the time of booking were not at all the check in process and should be eliminated as it caused undue stress. The pool table and cues are in poor condition and need attention. The pool is small but nicely maintained. Would like to see weights in the fitness facility. Overall our stay was comfortable, quiet and pleasant.
