Comfortable Hotel
We have stayed at this hotel in years past. We have always enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. The room is comfortable. If only it didn't rain this time!

Great hotel for family trip to Mt. Hood
This hotel is a solid value with a good location for a trip to Mt Hood area. Very convenient to Mt. Hood Adventure Park and with a great restaurant next door (recommend it for the unique food and beverages on their menu). Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet overall. It was 100 degrees during our stay, this hotel does not have AC since it was not needed at the time the hotel was built. They do have a ceiling fan in the room, and it was very comfortable despite the heat. We had a river side room so could hear the water trickling and could see Mt. Hood from our window which was nice. We had our window open at night for cool air which was great, but be aware the road noise from the highway starts early in the morning. We slept well anyway, the room was not hot by any means, and the hotel is quiet (no room-to-room or hallway noise). The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. The guy running the breakfast keep the area immaculately clean and the complimentary breakfast was solid(cereal, milk, breads for toasting, french toast, bacon, yogurt, oj, coffee). I really appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel and found the complimentary breakfast to be a nice extra for the price we paid. There is an indoor spa, but no pool. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Best Value
We went up to Mt Hood end of season. Not crowded, very few guests, that’s a plus for us. Breakfast is basic, we like the instant pancake. Mike at front desk was super helpful. Hot tub was functional. We were at Room 112 right beside the fitness center, you will hear the hum of the treadmill, not to bad. This room has a FULL kitchen, very helpful when traveling with kids. Separate sitting area with twin sized sofa-bed, separate bedroom has full/queen bed. There are 2 TVs total. Bathroom floor looks renovated, cabinets are not new, carpet will probably need replacement soon, no stains. Great value for us with 3 little kids. This is our 2nd stay, will stay again.

Vibrating Room/Beds
Would have been great stay --- breakfast, service, cleanliness, access to mountain activities. Nice hot tub. Except Room #122 is above spa/tub and equipment. Room and beds vibrate in a strange way. Unsettling and hard to sleep when it feels like you are having small muscle-spasms. Avoid that room. Service staff and managers have had other complaints about it too.
