I went with my family a 7yr old and a 1 year old. Loved the resort totally family friendly. My girls had so much fun. Yes mom and dad had fun too with unlimited food and drinks and kayaking, water bikes and pool tables and games to play. Plus the evnts and showings they have throughout the day are so entertaining. Overall a really good resort. The only think i have complains about is the rooms are not updated so looks like a plain hotel room nothing exciting about the room but the resort is really nice a lot of pools so it doesnt egt super crowded. The only thing to dislike is the grumpy old man in the front office hes the greeter checks you in and out and ugh 😑 lets just say that but everyone else is awesome! The staff lives off of tips so they are all so nice and if you need anything and they dont yave they will go out of their way to get it for you. They have plenty of eating places and buffets in the resort and then 3 resturants you must set up reservations to eat. This is 2 resorts in one. The resort that is with it is the adult only but you have access to both resorts which was nice because my husband and i got a little time alone went to the club and had drink and danced it was very nice!

No internet on tv and only mostly Spanish channels, old Shower doesnt even have tubs Buffets have like 6 things to eat and only old nuggets and stale fries for the kids everyday food is the same nothing changes In order to reserve a restaurant you have to stand on a long line at 4 and try to reserve dinner for same day. I was on line for almost 2 hours. All the water slides shown on pictures for the kids is in the kids club and you have to leave your kids there you can’t go with them. So there is limited things for the kids to do. There are no irons. U have to ask for one and they give you 30 min to use it. No fridge, microwave, or minibar in rooms unless you upgrade and pay for their membership. No drinks in the room after the first 2 waters they initially give you you have to get them yourself at the cafe constantly. No quilt on beds you have to ask for those too.

Terrible experience. The toilets in my room did not work, neither the TV. They only provided me with clean towels the day I departed the premises. They only provided me with soap, shampoo etc the day I was departing. The did not even provided me with bottle water which is needed in Mexico as tap water is not potable. The restaurants were on reservation only which would fill up within the first 15 minutes. Very limited options to eat. The only thing that was at least resourceful was the tour guide in the hotel which I used to get out for two days and the entertainers.

I would definitely consider upgrading to The Sens (next door). the restaurants, pool, and amenities are much better not to mention the room upgrade. If not at least upgrade to the grand oasis bracelet, they will let you use the sens amenities and most of the restaurants.
