Loved the hotel and good location. Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the hotel last year and food was very good. However the food in the main restaurant this time was very poor in terms of choice and quality. As a result we are out the last two nights.

Cool hotel
We loved the hotel, nice rooms, stylish and very comfortable. Generally the service was Good, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Where it falls down in our opinion is the restaurant and bar that is slow and chaotic. The menu is small and restrictive especially if you don’t eat fish! Plus no vegetables! The food generally was very disappointing. We tried it a couple of times and then opted to eat out at local restaurants. We would stay at the hotel again but wouldn’t use the restaurant which is a shame.

Lovely hotel - but no morning coffee in room!
We loved staying at this hotel - it has a great vibe and an amazing smell. The pool was lovely, as was the sauna however, the steam room was not working when we were there. The gym was great too. The bed itself was comfortable however, the pillows that came with the bed were not and for that reason, we didn't get the best night's sleep that we had wanted. Staff are helpful and friendly. We stayed over New Year's and as we were getting ready for NYE, the showers were cold and when I advised the front staff, they said it was because they were fully booked and so the hot water must have run out - not something I would expect from a four star rated hotel. This is rated as a four star hotel however, there are NO facilities in the room for making tea and coffee and this was a big downside for us! The reception is not open 24/7 and the restaurant isn't either and is only open from 7am and we are early risers, so we could not get a coffee before 7am and we were charged for it each morning. It's an expensive, four star hotel and to not get a free coffee each morning was a downside and for this reason, I would not stay there again. I would always have expected a four star hotel to have provided at least the means of making a coffee in the room in the morning.
