Good facility. Disappointing services.
The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended. We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down. We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience.

This was a nice stay, and the staff was very nice. Here comes the "but". If you have stayed at a Ritz before, you will not feel that this property does not match the same level of luxury. Our room had a nice bathroom but was lacking the normal trim out and details of the typical Ritz. Don't get me wrong, it was very nice, but more of a Marriott with lipstick on it.

The best experience/ the best staff
It was perfect, during my stay the staff truly became family, to the point I was sad leaving them. They were the most accommodating and attentive people I have ever.
