A huge disappointmen. Pointless text/email communication- it is best to call rather than wait for them to answer any other way-- esponse time was about 15 hours if you do not call.
Our property had a broken toilet seat in one bathroom and the other seat was barely hanging on by one bolt and hung off the toilet edge. Rugs were stained, cabinet hinges were broken and dirt balls were everywhere and in corners and the floor was sticky and stained as well. The properties are clearly abused and maybe used for parties or very filty clientele. We walked past one room they were cleaning and it was littered with trash, fast-food wrappers and pieces of clothing. The management has not thought to even do a simple steam-clean of area rugs (or replace them for $200) so they are clearly not interested in anything but running the property into the ground and pocketing what they can.
The rooms are actually bigger than they appear on the photos and could be really nice. We often need places in DC and were hoping this could be a place to plant ourselves while working here, but alas, no. I do not recommend it for anyone who is slightly worried about germs or what the previous occupant might have done. I suggest looking elsewhere.
