Good choice to make
Good hotel overall with good staff. Just too bad the deck was closed for renovation but you have to pick a time to do it.

Unique chic hotel. Looking forward to staying agai
Impressed with service as hotel gave me a free early check in and late checkout. The pool area is hip and the rooftop deck with view of the downtown is awesome. The restaurant has great food and cocktails reflective of the region and a decent happy hour. I appreciated the trendy room and the Meyers brand soap. My only critique was that it took a while before the hot water came out of the shower tap and temperature control was inconsistent.

Great choice for a one night stay. The roof top patio had great vibes, pool area looked cool. Had a swanky feel to the place. Excellent front desk service.

No hot water on the first day due to a pipe breaking, but was rectified by day 2. Very friendly staff and comfy bed. Will definitely return

Hip and Happening
This hotel has a great vibe. I'm not sure what was better the free wine on the rooftop patio or the $2 handmade tacos at happy hour! It's an older building that has recently been given a facelift. Very artsy feel to it and looks as cool at night as in the day with all the lighting. The rooms are big and comfortable. Softest towels I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable there. I met a lot of people while I was here for the week. Originally I was supposed to leave after 2 days for Scottsdale but when I got to that hotel I immediately checked back out and back into the Clarendon. I missed the atmosphere. If you are looking for a bed for the night then stay at one of the chains but this has more to offer day to day. The pool was nice, as was the hot tub. This hotel gets 4 stars because of the high level of attention to their guests. Locals come to the rooftop patio for the live band in the evenings. Saw some nice sunsets from the rooftop. Definitely going back again!!
