Safe and convenient property
Excellent base for visiting the Botanical Gardens and Grave Diggers Pub, easy walk despite the drizzle. As well, easily accessed from the airport via AirCoach. Reception was helpful, but services were limited beyond providing a taxi reservations.

Great Place
This was a great place that we only booked for one night as a stop over. Wish we had had more time there and will definitely look into if we get a chance to return to Ireland. Clean, Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

I definitely recommend!
Lovely room, very kind staff! Wonderful extras such as a hair dryer, ironing board and tea/coffee in your room! I would only advise that you have someone teach you how the shower works. No matter what I turned or pushed, the only option seemed to be scalding. But that is more a reflection on me and not the facility.

Pay them to order a taxi?
The rooms are small-just enough room for a bed and small desk-crowded with luggage-but OK if you're just there to sleep. Location was great, staff very very nice, room was clean, but noticed dust settling on the desk when we had the fan on-could literally see the dust swirling in the air, shower very small. We did not like the fact that in order for them to reserve us a taxi we had to pay them to do it. For example, we knew it was 17 euros to the airport and we had to pay the desk 23 euros: 20 to the driver and 3 for them for inputting request in the computer? I doubt they gave the driver a 6 euro tip......Spotty WiFi in the rooms. Would not stay there again.

We stayed in a family room with one double bed and 3 single beds......we were amazed at how nice the room was. It was clean, the beds were comfortable , we loved having a tea pot for coffee and tea in a room. Irma at front desk was courteous and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again.
